Cakes, Bakes, Snacks and Goodies from Cyberworld - Food Blogs!

This post is to let other friends in Food-blogging arena to know how much I appreciate their sharing, detailing and posting the pictures of healthy, authentic or food they learnt and practised with such simplicity!! Here are few of the Yummies relished n devoured!

Thank you all for making this amazing place more worthy than a global tour!!!!

Firstly I married off two of my top fave bloggers recipes...
1. Shilpa's Moist (Eggless) Chocolate Cake with 2. Deeba's Ganache Recipe.

The cake by itself was yuuuuuuummmmmm, moist n light!
Deebas - one part cream with one part dark chocolate works fine with me! Made it and poured it over the eggless moist squares, dipped the rims of cake in sprinkles (very untidy job I made as visible :( and pushed in a cherry half for that glam look- forget the looks the cake turned out super tasty! ) Thanks a ton both of you!

Then came along Deeba with these Mango Ice-Cream Swiss Roll
Which was tempting, easy to make, as she made it simmmmmmmmplllllllest so here goes mine 3/4 th of which Dear Hubby ate happily! Thanks for the 'figure 8' mixing flour tip!!!
This is the 'FIRST EVER' try at swiss roll.

Njoi a piece!!

Deeba's Keeper recipe - Simple Vanilla Muffins, I have blogged over it previously , made it with new looks!

This was for three families, all of them loved them a lot, not to forget my two tiny tots who just couldn't have enough of them!

Deeba's - Oats N Pista Cookies were great snacks too!

Eggless Apple-Almond-Raisin Muffins by Divya Sharma, at Fun With Spices were great tea time snacks, and filling and delicious too! Thanks Divya for sharing these great muffins!

Ramya - Mane Adige posted these super deep fried bombs - aka Mangalore speciality
Golibaje which happen to be my Amma's and my Dad's Mom-Bapama's fave snacks! Mine too! :) After those lovely 'Masala Pannpole' which make a weekly appearance now on my breakfast menu, these are yummy snacks!!
Thanks Ramya!! How can I ever thank you for the recipe and the memories of childhood flooding me bcoz of this lovely snack!! Hubby loved it !!

Finally my dear dear blogger, Meera, full of enthu, sensible posts, daily food and goodies packed food blog, Irresistible - Enjoy Indian Food, Also chk out her Enjoy World Food!

Here is the photo of Nylon Khaman Dhokla inspired by her, recipe from Tarala Dalal.

Meera, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a sweet heart!
I am surely taking time, but shall post the Top 10 soon, that you have tagged me for.

Thankyou ever so much, Meera!

Wrapping up this post with the best delightful Alphonso-Pista Ice-cream, home made, minus the ice-cream maker! Deeba - thanks again!

I made this with the amount of ingredients I had on hand...

200 ml whipped cream, Half can of Condensed Milk-(1/2 of 395gms)
Handful of chopped pistachios, One Alphonso Mango Puree

I had mine with sugar coated fennel, love the ice-cream with fennely flavour!!
Last look at the last dollop ... It was the best treat, thanks a zillion Deeba!!

THANKS FELLOW BLOGGER BUDDIES, KEEP THE GREAT POSTS COMING!!
