Happy Vishu / Happy New Year to All Of you!

Celebrating Vishu, festival welcoming New Year throughout Keral! Here, more details.

Sadya - A platter or rather beautiful banana leaf full of mouthwatering dishes!
(I prepared this last year made whatever I could... please pardon the poor picture quality...both 'C's are difficult to put together - cooking n clicking :D Waited for appropriate time to post it!)







Tempting --> Paal-Ada









Ultimate --> Saambhar










Avial --> Our place, all like it as a gravy
over the dry one!











Sweet-Sour-Tangy --> Puli-Inji









Crispy-crunchy --> Pappadam









Mmm heaven in coconut milk --> Olan







Had prepared Kaalan (Banana curry), Cabbage thoran and Beans upperi too, but couldn't click! :(
