Avial --> Our place, all like it as a gravy
over the dry one!
Sweet-Sour-Tangy --> Puli-Inji
Crispy-crunchy --> Pappadam
Mmm heaven in coconut milk --> Olan
Had prepared Kaalan (Banana curry), Cabbage thoran and Beans upperi too, but couldn't click! :(

L to R on banana leaf : Papadam, Pickle, Kela chips, Kela sweet, Kaalan(semi-ripe banana+ash gourd), Olan (Ash gourd only), Avial, Rice (Usual Sona Mussorie)
